You will need:
Bottle filled with Hershey's Kisses
How to play:
Fill a baby bottle with every body’s favorite mini Hershey’s Kisses chocolate. Put it on a table where everyone can take a good guess. Have a paper and pen handy and have each person write his or her name and how many kisses they think are in the bottle.
The guest that guesses correctly or closest to it wins the bottle of kisses. You don’t have to limit yourself to just a single bottle filled with kisses. If you prefer use them as part of the table décor by filling the bottles and embellishing with ribbons, bows or cute baby shower tag. You can mix in other candies with the kisses and ask people to guess how many kisses for each bottle. To easily keep track of bottles number each bottle and write down the number of kisses for each.
Oh Baby Unscramble
I love word scrambles and lots of party guests do too, simply because they might look easy enough when you get them but not quite so when you actually start unscrambling the words. The oh Baby Unscramble has a valentine twist because all the words have the word "BABY" in it.

How to play:
I know my honey can be used for a couples valentines baby shower game. Simply select a list of categories such as coffee or tea, boy or girl, beach or pool and so forth and when you call out a category both members of each couple team write down their answer and everyone reveal at the same time.
There should be no corresponding or conferring between couples. The team that has the most match up wins a game prize.
